What isn't included

Every agency has a list like this. Most of them bury it. Here's mine up front.

Buying your domain in someone else’s name The registration fee is covered by your monthly, but the domain is registered to you, never to me. That is deliberate: if you ever leave, the most important thing you own comes with you and there is nothing to argue about. Already have one? I'll use it.
Professional photography I use your photos or licensed stock. If you want a photographer on site, that's a separate cost and I'm happy to recommend one.
Paid advertising I build the site that ads point at. Running Google or Facebook ads is a different service.
Aggressive content and link campaigns Your monthly covers the local SEO that actually moves the needle for a small business: technical setup, your Google Business Profile, keyword research, and a report you can read. What it does not cover is a full content-marketing and link-building operation — weekly blog posts, outreach, digital PR. That is a different service, and for most local businesses I will tell you honestly it is not worth the money.
Major additions after launch A whole new page, a redesign, a new booking system. Quoted flat-rate before I start, so you always approve the number first.
Third-party subscription fees If your site needs a paid booking tool or email platform, that subscription is billed to you by that company. Most small business sites never need one.

Which one is you?

These are three different jobs, not three sizes of the same one.

No site, or one you are embarrassed by Standard website. One build price, one monthly, and the whole thing handled — design, hosting, local SEO, and somebody who answers the phone next year.
You know what you need and it is bigger than a brochure site Custom. Ten pages or more, booking tools, several locations. Quoted at a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
You have a site and something is wrong with it Website Rescue. $150 buys a real diagnosis and a written plan, and it comes off the price if you decide to rebuild.

Before you ask

How do payments work?

Half the setup fee to get started, half when the site goes live. The monthly plan begins the month after launch. I accept Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?

No contract, and no fee to cancel. You keep your domain and all your content, and I export a full copy of the site files and send them to you. Hosting, edits, and support stop at the end of your billing period.

What if I outgrow the standard plan?

Then it becomes a Custom job, and I quote the extra work in writing before I start any of it. Your monthly doesn't change on its own, and you will never get an invoice you didn't approve first.

What if I don't like what you build?

You see a private preview link before anything goes live, and you get two full rounds of revisions. Send notes in plain English and I'll keep working until it's right — that's exactly what the revision rounds are for.
